TIPS FOR DRINKING
Gradual cooling in the refrigerator, without excessive temperature changes. To fully appreciate the product, a long-stemmed glass is the most suitable, serve at 6-7C°.
CUVÉE MAISON
Harvest: manual harvesting in the third week of August, the first morning, in 150 kg containers.
Vinification: the grapes, immediately after harvesting, are loaded whole into a pneumatic press and processed at very low pressures. Only the best-flowering must is used for the production of Cuvèe Maison. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18 ° C with regular lees movements. The wine remains in contact with the fermentation yeasts until February, the moment in which the wine is assembled in a cuvee and after light glueing the foaming is carried out. Aging on yeasts continues for a further 18 months.
Taste: white foam, exuberant, persistent perlage, bright yellow color with greenish reflections. To the nose, fine mineral notes, tense, expresses the sapid notes typical of the wines of the moraines of the great Alpine lakes.

Sixty months on the lees and at least three months in the bottle after disgorgement, available only in the magnum format to make an important toast, which includes new friends. FIBONACCI
Sparkling wine Brut Blanc de Blancs classic method, elegant and precious, it comes from only Chardonnay grapes produced from old vines with an average age of 40 years which give great complexity and finesse. It is a cuvèe of two vintages to always guarantee a perfect balance between acidity and freshness. Contact with yeasts for at least 20 months.

Great as an aperitif, it is perfect paired with sea fish, shellfish, salmon, oysters and caviar. Given its excellent acidity, it also goes well with our local salami.

Riondo Garda is a fresh and versatile sparkling wine, suitable for any occasion of use.
FLAVOURS AND TASTE
It releases aromas of tropical fruit, hints of honeysuckle and a finish with notes of grapefruit and bergamot.

Fresh and elegant sparkling wine, Riondo Garda offers a wide range of matching possibilities. It is an excellent aperitif and goes perfectly with appetizers, fish dishes, white meats and vegetables.

RUGIADA
The classic sparkling extra-dry wine. Obtained from Chardonnay grapes, it is elegant, with a very subtle perlage.
It is ideal as an aperitif, with fish and good desserts.

VINEYARD | pebbly and calcareous ground with clay in the lower spots.
TRAINING SYSTEM AND PRODUCTION | spurred cordon with a production of 90q/ha.
HARVEST | early (middle august), manual.
VINIFICATION AND RE-FERMENTATION | in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (17°C). Following the Charmat method, the re-fermentation is done in autoclave with 90 days on the yeasts.
COLOR AND PERLAGE | bright yellow with golden reflexes, it shows a very thin and elegant perlage.
AROMA | a bouquet rich of flower hints, typical of the variety.
FLAVOUR | rather dry, fresh. Delicate and little bubbles, quite persistent
FOOD PAIRINGS | ideal as an aperitive, with appetizers and desserts. Fantastic with first dishes, pizza, fish and shellfish.

PRODUCTION AREA
The grapes of this elegant and fresh wine grow up in the temperate area of the Lake Garda.

HARVEST AND VINIFICATION
Harvest starts early about the end of August , when the grapes achieve the right level of acidity. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures in order to enhance the expression of the wine’s fruity and floral aromas. The long process of transforming the grapes into sparkling wine then takes place in closed vats, according to the Charmat method.
TASTING NOTES
It is greenish yellow in colour, with a fine and persistent perlage. It has floral, green apple and elderberry with a hint of almond on the nose. Dry, savory on the palate.
