Extra virgin olive oil, obtained from the olives grown in Valpolicella from the varieties Grignano (55%), Lecchino, Frantoio, Pendolino, Leccio del Corno and Maurino, and processed exclusively by mechanical means. ⠀ Fruity taste with light bitterness and musky aftertaste.
CONDIMENTO ALL'ACETO BALSAMICO DI MODENA–
This precious balsamic vinegar is obtained by slowly boiling precious grapes destined for the production of Amarone originating from Tenuta in Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella. ⠀ Then the prepared wort is mixed with a part of "Modena I.G.P. balsamic vinegar" and maturation continues in small oak barrels.
